Who can become a MentiMatch mentor?
We welcome experienced professionals who can offer practical, responsible guidance in their field. Your profile should clearly show the experience and perspective you can share.
How much time do I need to commit?
You decide which future dates and time windows to publish. Start with a schedule you can sustain and adjust future availability when your circumstances change.
Can I choose my session price?
Yes. Session pricing is set alongside your availability after onboarding, so you control the price attached to the time windows you publish.
What happens after I create an account?
You will build your mentor profile, accept the mentor terms and complete secure identity verification. You can then publish availability, set session prices and connect Stripe for payouts from your mentor workspace.
Will my profile be public immediately?
No. Your mentor profile remains private until onboarding is complete and your identity has been successfully verified.
What should I mentor people about?
Focus on areas where you have relevant experience: career decisions, role transitions, professional skills, leadership challenges, or navigating the realities of your industry.
How do mentees connect with me?
Once your identity-verified profile and availability are published, mentees can discover your profile and book an available session that fits their needs.
